I’ll edit this throughout the day to list what I’ve ate, but here’s the start: Breakfast Smoothie: 1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries- 35 cals Half a Medium Banana- 60 cals 2 Very Large Strawberries- 35 cals No Fat Yogurt Cup- 35 cals Banana Energy Boost Powder- 10 cals Soy Protein Scoop- 45 cals Total of 220 calories, not bad. Fruit & Veggie Detox?
So instead of fasting, I’ve decided to just eat lots of fruits and veggies. Mix up some smoothies with soy protein/whey protein and no fat/no sugar yogurt and of course loads of water ! :) Maximum calories I will allow myself will be 1200, but I’m going to try and stick with 800.
