Urrgh !
I hate when you weigh yourself in the morning and you have to use the ‘bathroom’ but you can’t so your weight isn’t accurate. That’s what happened to me this morning.. I was 123.. but I know that isn’t true. I’m going to guess I’m 122.

Ok, so yesterday my mom wouldn’t let me go to the gym I was so upset. I only had around 750 calories yesterday. So I guess Friday’s will be my rest days.
This morning I burned 560 calories at the gym, and I’m going again in an hour. Going to try and burn another 500 but if I don’t have the energy I will at least make it too another 300 calories to sum up to 860 burned for...

I'm Just Going To Come Out And Say It
Soo, my weight has been going up and down like a yo-yo and it’s so annoying because then I don’t know what my actual weight is. Ever since I’ve gotten back from the hospital it’s messed with my weight and I want to change that.
On February 7th.. I was 126 pounds.. This morning I am 123 pounds. This is what my past 3 days have looked like:

Solid Day
Had about 1200-1300 calories today, got a gym membership on Monday for a whole year! I went to the gym today burned 650 calories, plus did and the turbofire ab workout when I got home. Tomorrow is a bootcamp class at 6 in the morning ! But I’m pushing myself out of my bed to go. I feel so motivated.

I Wish Hunger Didn't Exist
I fucked up with turbofire and eating. I hate myself :( I’m defiantly forcing myself to workout today. And I’ll post a picture of myself, well my stomach for the most part. Then I’ll have to make sure I lose weight and change.

Third Day = Rest Day
Third Day of turbo fire :) But its a rest day so no workout today ! Even though I did go on a 30 minute walk, and I’m doing abs tonight still, if anyone else is doing turbo fire let me know ! Third day binge/purge free, yes :)
