Had about 1200-1300 calories today, got a gym membership on Monday for a whole year! I went to the gym today burned 650 calories, plus did and the turbofire ab workout when I got home. Tomorrow is a bootcamp class at 6 in the morning ! But I’m pushing myself out of my bed to go. I feel so motivated.
